Default How many performance shops are in Chicago Area?

Hello everybody,

I was thinking about opening up a performance shop for Import cars only, but I'm thinking if there is already a enough places like this and if they have a good customer service. Any help is appreciated. Thanx.

well we could always use another. its tough to compete with online retailers, with so much over head. alot of people are partial to Drivers Image, and there is one other one in arlington heights that i cant remember the name of.

There is a lot of them, others that i could mention...
Apg (Wooddale), Import Shop(Chicago/Carol Stream), Car Boutique (Schaumburg/Wheeling/Chicago), Street Stuff (Addison), Sound Performance (Carol Stream), MPH (Skokie), Ultimate Z (Streamwood), AMS (Arlington Heights), GRD (Naperville), Whip Factory (Plainfield), A-Spec (Addison), and Slingshot Motorsports (Rolling Meadows) That is all that i could think of off the top of my mind.

As a suggestion, if you are going to open up a shop, you should open one up in the St. Charles and Batavia area. I don't know of any shop out in that area.

Ultimate Z <<< my place of business =D

open a shop on the southside. I've lived here for 18 years and I cannot think of a single high performance shop here =/
