Lets try this without stepping on any toes, here it goes. Vic will speak very highly of XX tuning, and rightfully so. He has had a lot of work done there and all of it has appeared to come out very well. They are extremeley knowledgeable tuners and while I dont have an answer to your question, my assumption would be yes.

On the other hand, I've found the guys over at XX hard to deal with some times. In my experiences they haven't been all that eager or willing to take the time out to discuss my car and all of the different options, and often times have tried to push the sales of what they had in stock as opposed to things they would have to order, cant really blame that for that though.

Bottom line is that they probobly are more than skilled enough to tune the UTEC, however customer service is almost just as important as talent and skill in my books. Dont take any of this the wrong way, its in no way my intention to bash the guys at XX, I've seen their work and have been impressed. Being younger and not as quick to jump the gun on thousands of dollars of FI work however, they haven't been as eager as I would have hoped.

Hi PJ, how you doing? Thanks for that.

When we were there last year for the seminar I detected the same thing. They could use a course in customer relations. A little rough around the edges.

But, maybe they are just to busy to spend a lot of time on sales. :-)

Well, if they are technically talented I'm willing to give them a try on the tune. I don't think it's a big risk.

I picked up an '04 Super Black base model 350Z 6speed w/10k miles about a month ago... I was wondering where 350Z's meet once it warms up. I used to have an Aztek Red 300ZX Stage III and would swing by Merritt in Bpt or up to Burlin Tpk every once in awhile, living in Shelton for the time being.

I was expecting to be there in May but my official date is now 10 June. Dont want to get off topic but can anyone in the New Haven area recommend some nice places to live. Or bad places not to live. I definately need a garage. Not seeing a lot of apartments with them though. I appreciate any help. thanks.

I'm gonna try and make it up there tonight and bring my buddy (he has a
g35). It basically all depends on whether or not I get the BS from the boss. If I dont make it up there tonight, I will be coming up soon.

No more than $1600 a month. I dont mind driving but I heard I-95 and I-91 are like parking lots in the morning. My office is in downtown New Haven. As long as I have a garage and I aint gotta worry about the wife and kid at home alone I'm good. A couple of places I've called around have also told me that I cant have more than two vehicles which is also a problem. I got 3 and a bike. I found one right in downtown with a parking garage but the car situation is the problem. Thats why a house would probably be better for me. Just looking for area suggestions. Thanks.

Try East Haven off of Route 80. It is only 5 min from downtown and it is a pretty decent area. You can prob get a house for around 1200-1300/mth
