I hope they change it to, because my car is going to enter in HIN for the hell of it this with my friends, anyone want to join me and my boys? Maybe we can meet at teh half way rest stop on teh AC expressway and have a caravan going, or we can have a 350z crew entering.

No promises as of yet but Mr Javier Ortega is looking into a possible date change. Will have more 411 next week if this is going to get changed.
It was such a good event last year ( hot weather withstnading) unlimited trips down the track that it would be a shame to have this on the same day as HIN.
Stay tuned peeps, the fat lady hasn't sung yet.....

I spoke to U know last week and he added the subees so we won't exactly have it all to ourselves like we had last year. We need to get a big turnout for this one.
On a lesser than optimistic note, the much anticipated 1.3 mile road course with alot of turns in it that is just about completed will not be opening anytime soon

No, they don't give a reason, but the werd is Politics with the town....
I have requested a day just for G's and Z's if the road course ever gets opened. It's really a skillz track with alot of twists and turns and not too much on straightaways.....

A road course day for Z's and G's would rock. I've already done the drag strip several times last year so I would really welcome an opportunity to try out the track.
In any event, I hope it happens sometime this year !
