Just remember, a home is a better investment then a vehicle... you'll get back into one someday.

As long as you are buying this condo, not renting? Renting is stooooopid IMO.

true..... renting an apartment/house/etc or leasing a car is just like throwing money out the window. WORST investment EVER.

I am buying the condo, and i won't miss the car payments at all. I'll be back sooner than later, the reason for the move is for a better job, but i just don't want to have to stretch my funds in the beginning and i want to pimp the place out so i figuer i'll ditch the car now and live comfortably and look at something in a year or so. Please pass the word if anyone you know is looking for a z. The car was not daily driven, is sitting in the garage now b/c its winter. I bought it used from nissan with 20k miles on it but it has 48k miles on it now. I bought the best warranty up to 100k miles and its transferable. Oil was changed every 3500 miles with mobil 1. I'd like to see the car go to a enthusiast who would take care of it...pm me if you have any interest.

I Think its fantastic that you recognize your financial situation for waht it is and are willing to adjust your lifestyle to live comfortably. Many would just try to live off noodles or go in the hole.

That's nice. I'd buy it if I could....that's the route I would go with a Z.
