Default Import Dyno Shootout on 2/8 in VA

Hey, fellow enthusiasts!
There is an import dyno shootout at Curry's Auto Service on 2/8/03. I thought it would be cool to see some of 350Z there. Anyone up for this?

Maybe 350Z could compete well in 6 cylinder N/A league?

Hope to see you there!

Way cool!!!
I will get to check out a 350Z up close. Maybe I will get a chance to see how it does on a dyno as well. This is going to be a great event after all.

Rookie84,

As long as I don't get stuck at work that weekend, I'm sure we could work something out. See ya there!

YEAH!!! Can I stand in the line for "take me out for a ride" thing?

But, I am glad that some of 350z crowd will be showing up cause they look awesome! Hey, Rookie84, have you put your car on a dyno yet? If so, what is that beast putting down?

I think i might come, looks like its only $50 for a dyno run. Good time to see what my Z does stock, so i have something to build on.

Should be an easy ride for you.. just come down Rt 15 and you can take the greenway or come down Rt 7 to Rt 28 if you don't want to pay the toll.

This is like 5 mins from my house.. don't know how I can miss this one

A lot of people are gathering at Tysons II (Macy's parking lot) before heading out to Curry's this Saturday. Maybe you guys can join the fun of rolling down there with other highly modded cars in the area.

Rookie84: Darn, I saw you joined up our bimmerforums. I hope to see you there! (my sn on all BMW forums is "00MRoadster" and "M Power" everywhere else).

We are meeting at 10:30 am, sharp.
A lot of people are showing up for this pre-meet thing and it's almost turning into a separate meet or something. Anyways, hope to see ya there!

I have already registered by phone, but since they are calling for snow tonight/tomorrow morning, I'm going to have to see how the roads are before I make my final decision.

If they are sloppy, i.e., wet and salty, I guess I'll have to pass...just can't see myself showing up looking like a glazed donut.

Unless the foot of snow that has my car buried melts by tomorrow morning, I'm not going. I'm hoping that they might reschedule the event, what do you think the odds of that are?

i doubt the snow in front of your house will melt in a day. But all minor and major roads are clean already. If you expect to see all of snow in front of your house gone, it will probably take at least next a few days...

For me, this little snow doesn't bother me much. I will just dust it off and head out to meet some great folks and their cars in the area.
