OK, had my day in court this morning.

Here were the tickets: Speeding 60 in a 45 Potential 2 pts
No seat belt
Driving while suspended Potential 9 insur pts

Pled down the speeding to unsafe drver 0 pts
Pled down drvg while sus to not have my drvr lic in possession 0 pts
Seat belt ticket thrown out

That would have been 11 insur pts total and a non -renew on a policy
Anything over 7 pts in three years and the company can drop you.

If that happens, you are forced into Assigned risk at triple the rates

Total court costs= $650.00 plus attorney fees= total is about $1000.

had I not fought it, would have come with a mandatory loss of license for 6 mnths and a minimum of an increase of $2000 per year for 3 years on my insurance. (11 pts)

ALWAYS GET A LAWYER.

I just went to court yesterday for a speeding ticket. I was doing 41 in a 25. I pleaded not guilty and showed up at the hearing the cop told me he changed it to 5mph over and NO POINTS.

DeviantZ.................whats the story with the web page?

Its time we create an action commitee to get some action done.

Who can devote some time to helping to organize? We need 3 additional people.

I will be laying out the basics of the site this weekend. I've had to concentrate all my time so far this week to billable hours.

How about: Lowdown Dirty JerZys?

I have some web design experience so let me know if theres anything I can do there..

I still kinda like ZedHeadZ... or maybe JerZ's Finest.. JerZ Tunerz
we could just go simple like NEZC or NEZA (North East Z Club/Association)

sidenote: Rick, were you able to compile that contact info list? I was thinking maybe put it into a spreadsheet and email it to everybody

I agree Tom. It just came off the top of my head.

How about: Uber 1337Z Judo Chop!

I think NEZA or something like that is already taken by the actual NE Z Association, who reign over all models of Z and what not from pretty much MD up. We don't want to confuse people.

Personally, I think we would be fine just sticking with South Jersey Z Club or South Jersey Z33 Club, or even stretch it to South Jersey Z33/G35 Club. It's respectable, and somewhat descriptive. I realize we also have grown to encompass G's also, and those guys know that we love them, but I don't want us to lose sight of our primary mission, that being appreciation of our Z's. I'm not intending to be an elitist here, but there are quite a few more G's on the road than Z's, and I think if we advertise as a G club we will be swarmed with them before too long. This is based on what I am envisioning our goal as a club to be, if I'm out of line let me know.

I don't believe the majority of G's out there are interested in modding. I personally don't have a problem with a Z/G club. We just need something catchy in a name. I have'nt seen the name yet that catchs my attention. has anyone else?

Can't play pool and forget about being creative. You guys are all so technical, you are not allowing the other side of your brain to work!

shift_club

ok, think of somekey words. we can' be like "ultimate tuners" cause we all don't have crazy cars : )

z33 = coupe, 6sp, sporty, sleek, low, nissan, sexy, speed, outlaw, zed, corner carver, rubber burners, burnout, slide, powerslide, drift, VQ, V6.... hard cornering, drag, slicks, sticky, grip, bob barker fan club, tuner, modding, mod, hatch. unlimited, redline, wot, demons.

I think Zc.l.i.t. would be good. Z-club-of-loud-intense-tuners(Zclit)..... how about it?
