Rules:
Each person is responsible for bringing at least 1 item of food or drinks to share with everyone. If you don't bring food, you don't eat. Again, we need grillable foods. Be it chicken, hot dogs, burgers, brachtwurst, ribs, baked potatos, vegetables. (If you are bringing hot dogs, brachtwurst, or burgers...PLEASE also include bringing the rolls and buns with them.) We also need drinks. Water, canned sodas, juices. Side dishes are appreciated like potato salad, potato chips, pretzels, trays of fruit/vegetables. You may also bring along lunch meat if you'd like. We need condiments, like ketchup, mustard, relish, onions, BBQ sauce. We need disposible dishware, like plastic knives, forks, spoons, plates, and cups.
No physical or verbal violence will be tolerated. If you start something, you will be immediately asked to leave this event. Authorities will be contacted if you become a problem.

Again, PLEASE BRING AN ITEM OF FOOD. IF YOU SIGN UP, YOU'RE TAKING ON A SMALL RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE ITEM YOU STATED YOU WOULD BRING! IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP, YOU'RE PLACING YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ON THE EVENT PLANNERS!

Not sure if you know this, but that is the day after the ECZA meet at Concordville Nissan, so many people may not be down for two meets in one weekend... I may come for a little bit -- I'll have to see how my work schedule looks, but I've been meaning to stop by for quite some time to check the shop out. Will Josh's new lexus be on hand? I've heard alot about it and have wanted to see it for a while.

What kinds of cars do you expect to show?

BTW- what's up with the "rules" section? Has violence been a problem in the past?

damn...i've been saying yes to every meet and show...so far in October I have 8 shows and meets, and some are back to back Sat. and Sun.

Well, the reason we post up those rules is so everyone feels safe and welcome at these events. We haven't had any issues in the past over it, so, we just post the same rules for every event.

We're inviting all sorts of different types of vehicles. Like Supra's, MR2's, RX7's, Mazda6's, CelicaSupra's, 350Z's...etc. Basically whoever wants to go, is more than welcome to attend. (We know some arguements can be started just on these different cars alone...)

I'm not sure if Josh's Lexus will be there. I don't see why it wouldn't be!

 

Please do not forget to let me know what types of food/drink/or item you will be bringing.

 

can i bring beer?

 

Since it's at a shop, I don't see a problem with it. But we don't promote drinking and driving. Are you sharing beer with everyone or bringing it for yourself?

 

bring a 30 pack? is that ok? if nut ill just bring chips and some cups and 2-liters

 

The owner of the shop said there won't be any cops or anything, you're welcome to bring beer if you want to.
