Default Bucks County, PA Fall Cruse October 22nd New Hope, PA

I was just wondering if anyone would be intrested in getting together a cruse up in Bucks County? I live in this area and with all the Trees starting to change colors I think it would be a cool drive. I know a TON of back roads around New Hope, PA b/c I work up there. Theres a ton of hilly, curvey roads from there to Doylestown area. It would make for a fun day especially since all the leaves are orange and red. I work at the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad in New Hope and we have a pretty large parking lot we could meet at (Gotta check with the BOSS MAN first), take a cruse for a hour or so (However long we decide on), then end in New Hope and hit one of the Bars there for a drink and/or food. If anyone has ever been there they will tell you New Hope is a pretty cool place. Its a touristy town right on the Deleware River. Pretty cool. Anyway, wonder if anyone is intrested? Possibly the 21st or 22nd of this month? Anyone intrested?

To answer your question, Map Quest has it at 62 miles. I would say about 1 1/2 hours. I think it would be worth it. I would like to get a good response for this. Or at least some more input or ideas. There's been 30 views and only a few posts. I need some input guys.....

Well I'm going to talk to my Boss today about using our parking lot at work as a meeting point, although it its a ll dirt and I know my car is going to be spick and span when we go, but there is a paved lot behind ours.....I think that'll work. Anyway, details will be coming soon. I have decided that it will Be held on the 22nd of this month. If that works for everyone let me know. I don't care about getting a list started, If you guys wanna come then cool, if not, whatever. I know for a fact the drive will be around an hour.

I would be down for that, but I have Drill in Harrisburg Sat and Sun. I'm in the Air National Guard. Thats why I wanna try and do it the 22nd. Sorry Bro, I hope your scheduel clears so you can come on the 22nd. Even if you can only come in the afternoon, its better then nothing. I'm sure we can accomidate everyone. I really havn't made any final decisions on the plans. PM me and let me know what your down for on the 22nd. Later. Here's what I have so far.

What: Bucks County, PA Fall Cruse
When: October 22nd
Time: Noon???????? <------ Not Final
Where: Start at Union Square New Hope, PA
End at Frans Pub New Hope, PA

I'm thinking about an hour drive, I'm gonna drive the route tomorrow and see how long it is. What do you guys think?

Also, Is everyone over 21?

Yes, but I work at the Railroad, and no one whos participating in the cruse has to pay. I've already talked it over with the boss man. I think instead of meeting at that parking lot (which is all gravel), we can all meet at the parking lot behind Union Square (right next to the RR) b/c it is paved. I know my car is going to be washed and I don't want to get it dirty b4 we leave. But after we get back to New Hope we can all park there for free and walk around New Hope. You guys who are comming are free to park there as long as you want Sunday. I know after the cruse I want to go get some food and a few beers, so anyone who wants to hang out is welcome. I'm going to post directions soon for anyone who is not firmiliar with the New Hope area.
