Just wana give R0mey a heads-up. I was just up there tonite with my friend. He was telling me that its actually on the border of Kenilworth & Union. And supposedly Kenilworth cops can be dicks about stuff like this... we'll see.

its a rest stop cops cant tell you to leave a rest stop. THATS THE POINT OF A REST STOP TO REST! and we will all be resting
