Does anyone know of a good place to get their windows tinted in the CT area?? I am also looking for pics of anyones Z with the titanium color film. Not sure if I have ever seen it. I have a SS and heard from others it would go well.

Also, does anyone know what the legal % is for CT on sides and rear?

Depends where in CT you are.

There is a shop in Monroe on Route 25 called "Tint Man". They have been there forever (as long as I can remember) and I have seen some NICE tint jobs in the front lot.

When my Z arrives I will probably go there. Most tint shops don't stick around this long and I take it as a good sign.

I have not actually used them, yet, but it is a shop worth checking out if you are in Fairfield county.

Anywhere in CT thats reputable. I dont mind driving for a good install, especially in a Z

 

XXTuning in Wethersfield does tinting. I don't know much about them, but them seem like a fairly reputable shop.

Yea, I have them in mind. Im going to get some pricing from them as well as The Tint Man (referenced above), but I am more interested in quality of work as you can understand.

I really can't say anything about XXTuning. When I went to visit, they had some high quality cars there and I've seen a few XXTuning sponsored cars here and there. I think they would be fine.

The thing you really want to avoid is going to some guy who does it out of his garage.
