Sorry I have been gone so long. Still haven't found a place that will let us meet, so if you guys have contacts or know or anywhere, please help us out and contact the place. Where is this place where the blown euro's met? Is that the newtown square meet they have on the 25th? I know its coming up, any help would be appreciated. Once we find the place I will get on all the forums and post all the info.

From all the discussion, if we can get a place soon, we think we are just going to use the parking lot that is just past the UA and Lockheed main parking lots. We figured if we get kicked out, we can always hit up a resturant and get some food and chill. So unless you have something better, I believe that is what we plan on doing.

 

if what i do goes through then i should have a huge lot and great neighboring restaurants near by (kind of sexpensive tho)

Well, since I'm so incredibly bored at work and things are slow here, I shot the Park an email and they gave me a person to contact about the show with a number, I remember there were a few dead ends when this was tried before, but I don't want to take over this thread or step on feet, but I do have the contact info.

 

The Blown Euros are meeting at the Bucks County Community College in Newtown, PA. Not Newtown Square. Their meet is on the 25th.

She was very nice but I just got off the phone with her and she said that if we did come, it would be broken up in a matter of 5 minutes, but what she told me was:

-The park can't be used for this type of activity or gathering cause it's a historical park, not a recreational park.

-The State determines that these types of activites can't be held here and if we are found to be breaking their rules, we could experience a FEDERAL citation/ticket, and we would ALL have to appear before the circuit judge.

-The park is so crowded now that the largest lot they have (holds 300 cars max) is easily filled up by the morning to early early afternoon hours and the next size lot can only hold around 30 cars.

 

the UA it is... If we get kicked out, we would figure something out.

 

Yeah I might come. Although since this weather is absolute poop sex I doubt I'll have summer wheels on by then. Don't want to risk damage from residual cinders and rock salt, but maybe I will show up with the 17" ***** anyway.

 

So where is this meet? The guy that lives next to me w/ an STI says its still at KOP? Is this correct?

 

KOP at the UA... Its like two post above yours. Its definitly on for saturday. Rain or shine. But its supposed to be 70 which is nice.

 

Weather.com calls for rain showers on Saturday but the temperature should be in the 70's, so let's keep our fingers crossed.

 

30% scattered showers shouldn't be that bad. We plan on meeting regardless. Just bring an umbrella if need be. haha
