Can someone please recommend a good Nissan Dealer with a good service department in NY. I am currently in Long Island, but I will be willing to drive a bit if necessary.

I have an 06 that is 100% stock mechanically but have some strange suspension issues. I need to get it all fixed, if there is even anything wrong. Someone help another NYer out please. Thanks

I wish we had a Performance Nissan or West Covina Nissan here. I've never heard of a dealership like those on the East Coast.

Go to Atlantic Nissan in West Islip, on sunrise highway....Excellent customer service.

There are very few dealers in the NY/NJ/CT region whom people recommend.

 

If you want to drive into NJ. I bought my car at a place called Lynne's Nissan East. I bought it used and it needed new tires and the coolant to be drained and refilled(heat issue) And they did it all willingly w/o any problems. I would reccomend but its kind of a far drive.....

 

i have to agree with kwame but out of smithtown and westbury nissan I'd have to say that westbury nissan was better but they both suck.

 

POUGHKEEPSIE NISSAN service department KICKS A$$!!! I NEVER used to go to the dealer for anything.. till these guys. No matter what issue I have had they took care of it and made sure it was covered by the warranty. Hell I even scraped the leather on my seat pretty bad and they REPLACED THE SEAT.. they didnt do some half assed dye job and did not charge me a penny.. and it was TOTALLY my own fault that the seat got messed up.

I have been working with Smithtown Nissan to get my Fuel Tank problem solved. My car is there now. I hope its resolved this time I have been back and forth 5 times now for the same problem. I bought the car a month ago.

They still have my car and I am driving a Versa, this thing is running on 2 cylinders, LOL
