I was driving home today from work down 413 in Langhorne. I passed a nice White STI and I waved to him. He gave me a FU*KING THUMBS DOWN! I have never been so pissed off...but I thought that was very disrespectful. I have the utmost respect for any other decent sports car on the road and this guy gives me a thumbs down b/c I'm driving a Z. So whoever it was who was driving that STI, you can take that Turbo'd 4 Banger and stick it in your A$$!

just remember.. no matter what people drive.. there are a-holes in every make.. you might have waved to a Z owner and got the same reaction too

Thanks for the pick me up guys. We passed going in opposite directions so I don't think he wanted to race. Well, I feel better after reading the posts. Thanks Guys. I guess since I like all types of cars...Nissan, Subaru, Mazda, Honda, ect... I guess I expect others to be the same way. But I'm gonna chalk it up as the guy was jealous b/c he was stuck driving an STI and not a Z.

 

Hes a hater, not an enthusiast. I got teh thumbs up from a nearly stock looking spec V. Upon closer inspection it said turbo above the Spec V and he had a black powdercoated intercooler. Obviously hes an enthusiast for keeping it sleeper. Very sick idle for a 4 cylinder.

it was probably one of the tool bags that meet up on thurs. night in Richboro. Some of them are cool but most of them are just haters. I got the same kind of reaction when I went up there once in my Z and then another time in my buddy's 4th gen. Supra. It seems like if you dont have an Evo or an Sti they want no part with you. Pm me if you want to go to some meets in the area sometime.

 

dont worry, i had sum guy in a mustang (go figure) ask if my car was a saturn. and yesterday, sum kid told me he had a car that could smoke my "piece of ****". he was driving a grand prix gt. i told him 2 prove it and he came back w/ "its in the shop". in those situations u just gotta laugh. cuz i kno that my car and daddies car packs a whole lot more heat than this kid could handle. people r gonna talk **** regardless. whether its u in an import, ull get hated on by domestic lovers. if u drive a domestic u get hated on by the import crowd. even if u drive a ferrari, theres always sum person that'll say, well i got a civic that runs 12's, and it cost 1/20 wut ur car does. bottom line, theres hate, deal w/ it. cant really do much 2 stop it. let them talk, if it makes there dick hard, let them enjoy it while it lasts. after all, there mostly 2 pump chumps anyways.

 

another thing i notice w/ evo/sti owners (i 2 own an evo) when im driving the evo, more people try 2 race me. when im in the z, the evo/sti guys laugh at me. they all have in there head that z's run mid 14's. then they c my taillights...all night long. and when i occassionally roll in the z06, nobody wants 2 f u ck w/ me. weird how that works huh?
