Default Devon Nissan In PA Is Incredible

Ok so I go to take my car in to get the constant velocity joints worked on (rear clicking sound) I have 28,000 miles on my car too.... Keep in mind this is a dealer.... I take the tech for a ride in the car, he says "yeah I hear the clicking." So I proceed to head back to All Star Nissan and as we drive under a small bridge he says "your first gear is a little loud, I'll look into that too." I get a call from Nissan today (about 20 mins ago) from the service guy John, he said "yeah we couldnt figure out why first gear was a little noisey so we went and ordered you a new transmission," and while they were at it they cleaned and oiled my Nismo CAI, fixed the velocity joints, reprogrammed the computer to not rough idle with the CAI, got me new wipers and a pretty little Jeep Liberty to drive for the next 2 days.... ALL UNDER WARRANTY NOTHING OUT OF POCKET!!! Now I have seen horror stories from other Z owners on here but, I thought I would share my breath of fresh air with the community... If you head to or live around Devon, PA go to All Star Nissan on rt.30... These guys went above and beyond and sure know how to take care of their customers... Oh yeah, I didnt even buy my car from them.....

Hope everyone in the future is as fortunate as I am.

Matt

Wow

Very, very cool. I don't think its Nissan Service in general that is bad, just certain dealerships.

Thanks for the story, that's good info. I live literally 1/2 mile from Exton Nissan and I work near there too so that's where I go for service issues, but I guess if I have anything major I'll take the 20 minutes and go to Devon, especially if they dole out rentals at no charge!

Both the dealerships in Charlotte, NC suck. Glad to hear you had success.

To the OP -- if this dealer isn't reviewed in the Dealer Review thread Stickied at the top of the page you should share your experience there -- pretty much C&P what you wrote if you want.

Makes me want to drive from Vegas to PA to get my warranty work done. The only dealer here in Vegas I ever got that kind of traetment from was the Porsche dealer.
