hmmm...very good observation...this has happened to a few other people...(as far as the guys at MRC not being around); However, I can assure you that they are a cool bunch of guys, and you should just try and give them a chance...I know how you feel, but instead of pushing them away...come and see what they have to offer...or atleast give them a chance to defend themselves or give you a reason as to why they haven't given you the best customer service. I'm sure they have a reasonable explanation.
