Its official… on Saturday, June 2 2007… we will be hosting our;
Fourth Annual 350Z/G35 Dyno War/BBQ and Cruise – Open House!
Altered Atmosphere Motorsports is proud to present our fourth annual 350Z/G35 DynoWar Day. This is a fun packed day that we organize for the 350Z/G35 community. We would be honored to have all of our 350Z/G35 customers, friends and family come out and enjoy in the festivities. We are kicking off the summer season with tons of momentum and we would like to share with all of our friends. This year’s event is BIGGER and BETTER than ever.

The day will start off at our facility where we will be providing food and beverages, for all to enjoy. DynoWars will be starting early in the morning, with a $300.00 AAM Store Credit, for the Highest Horsepower Gain in each class (N/A & FI). During the dyno runs we will be holding raffles running every thirty minutes. For 2007 we decided to take out all the ‘stops’ and push it full force by GIVING AWAY an AAM SPEC VQ35DE Shortblock Stage – 1 (Retail $4,795.00) YES! We said giveaway, raffled-off, award, etc… Too boot we will also have many other raffles, prizes and grab bags for everyone.

Around 3pm we will be leaving the shop to take everyone through some of the scenic back roads that lead to Sugarloaf Mountain.

We will also be unveiling the most innovative technology in the country as far as custom building motors for the 350Z/G35. Our newly acquired Sunnen SV-10 and Sunnen RMC V40 CNC and Engine Milling machines will be running demonstrations on blocks all day. Of course we will have our 480 WHP 350Z Greddy TT and other monster shop cars, revving it up!

*All customers that would like to enter the drawing for the Free AAM Spec VQ35DE Shortblock – Stage - 1 must register their 350Z/G35 48 hours prior to the event day. The contestant must have the motor installed at AAM. Winner will have the option to purchase additional upgrades for the shortblock. Winner must own a 350Z/G35, no other vehicles will be accepted. Winner must be present to receive the prize.

sounds like a great time!! if it wasn't 5 hours away, I would definately be there. someone needs to throw down like this in NC. I know, we have ZdayZ. I'm going but even that is about 4 hours from here. Anyone central NC have a BIG *** event like this???

Sweet! I have a few questions:

1. You say 'customers, family, friends'... so this is open to basically any of us 350z owners here? We can bring people with us as well?
2. I've had no work done to my car yet (just got her a few months ago), but if we wanted to get it dynoed could we enter the dynowars? I'm curious about what I"m pulling as a baseline before I do anything, however I don't want to take up time in the competition if there's too many cars wanting to dyno that actually have a chance of winning.
3. Will the food be free/pay/donations welcome?

Anyway, sounds like it'll be real sweet. I've been wanting to stop by the shop and check things out, but haven't gotten around to it; this will be a good opportunity to see the shop and other Z's!

Yes, this event is open to all 350Z/G35 friends, family and other 350Z/G35 owners from all over.

Anyone is welcome to enter DynoWars; there will be a N/A and FI class... enter for fun, enter to compete, enter to win, either way you will have a good time.

Food is free! You will have to follow Silkk to Dogfish Alehouse for after hours fun and drinks.

... 6 hour road trip isn't bad at all!

 

Heck yeah, anyone who wants to follow me over, let me know. I've visited there Rehobeth location and the food and drink there is superb. I'm coming down just as much for Dogfish as I am the AAM meet (beer 'connoisseur' here; they also distill their own liqour for the non-beer folk). No offense AAM, your meets are top-notch also!!

I'll probably be at the meet bright and early and head to the Alehouse early afternoon... Need enough time to drown a few, get back to driving condition, and trek 1.5-2 hours back to PA.

 

are there limitations to what I can run on the Dyno...

I am sure I have an unfair advantage but I will kill the N/A or F/I group...i would go just for that!

I would love to go to this but from where i am it is like 5 hours. My girl is hot but a constant BJ for 5 hours will leave me with a raw ****. lol anyway. I would go if i was gaurunteed something free like 3in exhaust or something lol
