Angry Smashed window

So I get out of work two and half hours early for the Memorial Day weekend, hit the gym for an hour and a half - when I come out, someone smashed my driver's side window. Didn't take anything since I don't keep much in the car. They tried to push out my Zenclosures box but (I assume) they didnt know how to open the trunk without the key fob - fortunately for me no one can ever figure out where the button under the hatch is. Good thing too 'cause my work bag was in there with my iPod and a lot of info I really can't afford to lose in it.

Aside from the pain of the glass cleanup, it is only going to cost me my $100 deductible, and it won't count as a claim on my insurance since nothing was taken (Allstate FTW!).

The absolute worst part is that no auto glass shops are open until Tuesday, so I have no window for the next 3 days! Anyone have any auto glass connections in New Castle County, DE?

Your best bet for the window would probably be a junkyard or something. Try autoparts.com, but you have to do it early Saturday morning, because after that, you would probably be out of luck until Tuesday as well.
Sorry to hear about that. Its just more of the annoyance. I know how that feels.

Yeah - I knew the Trooper that came to do the report and he told me the YMCA that's about a mile down the road from me got hit right after mine.

I called every local glass place - I'm basically screwed for the weekend - the only place that said they might be able to fit me in today (closing at 1pm) can't get the glass until Tuesday. Good thing I got the garage cleaned out!
