Victor and I are planning an informal meet this Sunday, 5/6 at 12:30 at the Olympia diner on the Berlin Turnpike near Hartford. It's not really a show meet per se, more of just a get together to discuss ideas for a CT version of Nazar's meet. I'd like to see all the CT people we can get, along with anybody nearby who would like to come. I'm not expecting anybody from AZ, but you're of course welcome.

We're thinking of a big meet sometime in late june or early july.

The date is actually 5/4. We are getting positive responses from people. I will post on Friday how many people are coming Sunday and hopefully more that don't post will show. I'm really looking forward to meeting everybody.

Hey guys, I met you (Vic & rouxeny) on the turnpike a little over a month ago. I had the Redline Z. I would be there but am tied up as well. Let me know the results and may be we'll meet up again soon.

 

Yes, of course we remember you. I sent you a PM about this get together. Sorry to hear you can't make it but stay in touch as the intent of the get together is to meet other 350Z owners (as we did on the pike) and to share our ideas for a formal meet we would like to put togehter for sometime in the summer. Hopefully, you can make that. Trust me, a redline would be a hit. In NH we had on redline or daytona blue.

I will let you know what we come up with.

 

Sweet! Gotta start checking my PM's. I will clear my calender for the meet, and maybe by then I will have done some tweeking to the car. Getting ideas!! Did the chrome grille the other day with those door guard stips. It really looks amazing. The Z's look funny w/o them.

I have PM's out to 4 other Z owners but they have not logged in recently. Hopefully, we'll get a hold of them also and even if they can't make it this Sunday I hope they will make it to our formal meet.

The three that can't make it (including zspeed350) I am sure we can count on coming to our formal meet. I am really getting excited. Looks like we have a good group here in CT.

 

Alright, things are coming together. I see a bunch of Z's around now, but nobody seems to be on the board.

Maybe if we had those "my350z.com" vinyl stickers.

Is a Mass Z owner welcome? I was at the NH meet what a great time had by all. Great pictures you posted. I have a couple of ideas for a late summer early autumn meet for all of us in the North east. I'd really like to see all of us together again with the addition of a redline and daytona. I think we could put together a meet with maybe 25-30 Z's. Keep us posted.

 

Absolutely, come on down. If anybody else from the neighboring states wants to come down, please do.

 

Spyder, of course you're welcome. I just didn't think anyone from neighboring states would want to come to an informal meet. The rims on your car are "slamming" (teenage term) and I'd love to see them again as I'm sure the other guys would.

This meet sounds like it's going to develop into another " Great One " .I'd come down myself , but I have incoming guest from NYC this weekend . Spydr will have to represent us !
