Come on ladies, tp/hfc is same footprint underneith. Don't worry, if it doesn't fit, we'll either take a torch to it or weld it on so it looks like it works!

Went down to Pep Boys, spent 8 bucks on the two sets of non-foulers, spent about 15 minutes installing them. There were two sets you could buy, I think the Z takes the 18mm (the guy at the parts desk actually went and got a 350Z O2 sensor to see which size was correct).

Here are the pics of everything. Even though there are alot of threads about this already, I made one because none seem to have pics, and hopefully this thread will clear up any questions for future instals.

First off, for those who don't know, you need to buy TWO pairs of the non-foulers. One pair needs to be drilled out with a 1/2" drill bit (Most drills can't hold this bit, look at the pics of the drill I used... its over 30 years old). Once one set is drilled out, you take a drilled non-fouler and screw it onto the O2 sensor. Then take the NON-drilled one and screw it onto the DRILLED one. So the order goes, O2 sensor-->Drilled-->Non-drilled-->test pipe/cat. Once you go to do the drilling and everything, the order makes sense.
This is what I need to do with my test pipes. I might just pay my local shop to make them (Non-foulers)for me. BTW I'll make sure to bring money for my "lift" fees.

You just need the nonfoulers? As long as you bring them, we got the tools to do the modification. Might as well as long as we're doing the swap!

Nice! Yeah the nonfoulers aren't very expensive ... I think they're like 8 bucks a pair.

Ive done TP installs a few times. Should I bring tools or are there plenty there? What is the typical 'lift fee'. I don't want to come short handed. Ive also made non-foulers. Ive also installed an oil pan before.. lol.

They're sold in autozone i think in the Help! boxes. Its a injector spacer. You need 2 per side usually.

Lift fee is $10.

Don't buy them yet, I may have a set I bought from autozone lying around the shop! If not, as plumpzz mentioned, you can get them already done at autozone right down the road.

Sorry for flaking out guys. I went to the Dave Mathew's concert yesterday and started the day off late. After I got all my errands finished it was already past 3. I figured it wouldn't be worth it to drive up. F*ck I really wanted those TPs installed, I already bought two pairs of nonfoulers. Hopefully you guys will have a meet within the next two weeks.

Possibly. Why don't you stop being lame and come up with Karl next time? I haven't seen your car since the RB BBK and the GRreddy kit went on.

Its actually good Karl didn't make it. The lift was busy all day, would've sucked for him to drive up and not get on it, or get on super late.

The first 3 cars had exhaust work done, after that I had to go somewhere. Not sure what did I miss afterwards?
