Daytona Blue Z with what looked like Nismo wheels and HKS exhaust. Anyone on here own it?

Theres also this Daytona Blue Z with what looks like Nismo wheels and Nismo exhaust that I see driving on the parkway while driving to school. I've seen it on more than one occasion.

 

The blue Z w/ HKS and 5-spoke wheels might be a local guy named Gareth. He lives in the Metuchen/Edison area. I think he's got 18" wheels from an '06/'07. I think I saw him driving around with a carbon fiber hood too.

 

ohh. I dont think it had a CF hood though.

 

oddly enough I keep seeing that blue Z while I'm going northbound on the parkway. I just get on and like a minute later he passes me in the fastlane. It's like clockwork.
