Going East:
Take the Douglaston exit on the LIE (exit 30, I believe). You go straight and follow the road. The first light will be right off the exit, keep going. The next light will be at the bottom of the hill, stay left and keep going and Douglaston Plaza is right there. The right lane there will allow you to turn into the plaza - you'll see the entrance - head past the Starbucks/Waldbaums and look for us.

The next light will be at the bottom of the hill, stay left and keep going and Douglaston Plaza is right there. For the guys going West, take exit 32 (Little Neck). Head straight down the Horace Harding - you will pass Little Neck Pkwy (first light). Then Marathon Pkwy (second light). And then you'll get to Douglaston Pkwy (third light). Make a left and you'll see the Plaza. Drive to the second light, from where you'll see an entrance.
You can either go through that entrance and then drive down into the lower level, or go to the next entrance and enter straight into the lower level where Starbucks and Waldbaums are. I suggest entering through the lower level.
