ok guys I usually attend the weekly meets out in Valley Stream but i was thinking instead of meeting in an open parking lot in freezing temperatures,
that we could meet somewhere like a parking garage with a lot less wind and the temperature would be a little more comfortable for the
rest of the winter cause obviously during the spring/summer it doesn't matter where we meet.

My vote goes for The Nordstrom parking garage at the Roosevelt field mall, if anybody has any better suggestions then please reply and
suggest where we should meet.

I've included a detailed map of the parking garage.. its right off the meadow brook parkway.... I know my map skills are serious!

well i think that security cant kick you out unless you are acting recklessly so if we all just behave like good little boys and girls we shouldn't really have a problem

We used to do this with Maximas and they do kick you out, immediately. We should all come there with Gap bags and ****, that way we look like customers. They aren't allowed to kick paying customers out. :P

But on a serious note, there are other places we can go to and NOT get kicked out. Douglaston Plaza is a fantastic place, and I'm sure some of the Douglaston/Little Neck locals will agree. Douglaston, quite literally, borders Long Island and Queens, and is right off the LIE. There's an above ground and underground lot with a movie theater, Burger King, and Starbucks.

I'm sure many of us will go to that Starbucks, so just hold on to your receipts, and don't do anything to cause attention. I suggest we do it there. It's a great central location, ideal for Long Islanders and guys coming from the boroughs.

I say yeah! Douglaston it is! I always shop there. I know the security guard there. Well that was when he asked questions about the Z couple yrs ago.

 

i think meeting at VS will only cause us to stay longer. plus we all have to meet there anyway and wait for everyone to show up so i think its kinda defeating the purpose.
