Yea, thank God the Z is hibernating for the winter. Took me twice as long to get to work in my Jeep. We should be closing the office in a few minutes hopefully.

5 Inches here so far. Car went up the hill and slid all the way back down. Thank god no one behind me. Then I was coming to a hault at maybe 10 MPH and the car spun to the left heading towards the curb and tree, pull the emergency and spun out to the rite. I did a full 360 and the truck drivers were all giving me a thumbs up. I had to wipe the sweat off my forehead.

350Z in the snow isn't that great. I really should have put insurance on my truck already.

It snowed a little bit so far here but I called the snow hotline over and over again hoping they would close the base I work at (aberdeen proving grounds). I was so disappointed when it was open. I feel like I'm in high school again.

it took me 2 hours to get home, 40 miles. The roads near Princeton are hell, 13 accidents I passed. Saw a silver Z and red G (with aftermarket rims) out in it, crazy bastards.... a guy on a bmx bike thinking he could pedal and a guy walking in the road with cars sliding all around him.

I made it in today. 22 miles in 84 minutes. Blizzaks + TCS FTW!!!! The best part of the trip was the totaled F150 and Toyota 4Runner (4Runner slammed into the side of the truck). HAHAHAHA. Just because you have 4WD doesn't mean you can be stupid. I was doing 35-40 mph where the highway was decent with zero issues. People were still passing me but damn how fast were those to going?

For those of you who took the Z in, please tell me you have snow tires?

^ I had a horrible experience last year in my G35 coupe. After the frustration and embarrassment I went through, I said "No more MT RWD in the winter!"

lol, unlike Canada we are ill equipped to deal with bad weather, this is what makes me laugh, my girl lives near Boston, and they have tons of snow always, but at least she understands that concept that we don't have a gigantic fleet of plows at the ready like you folks up north have :P

Though vice versa snow doesn't slow me down, my Z eats snow for breakfast!

Edit - I have general exclaim uhp's on my car not sure there snow rating...

Lol. Yeah you guys in NJ probably have it worse than we do. We have lots of plows, but even they cannot keep up with this crap. If I didn't have snow tires, and my friend didn't live two miles from my work, there is no way in hell I would have come in today.

Zurita, 6 MT > 5AT in the snow for sure man.

+1 i love it when i hit the gas and the first movement the car makes is sideways and not forward.

I'm probably going to jinx it but Maryland is so much better than being up in the catskills in OC NY where I used to live. It's only snowed a couple times here and I haven't had any problems so far. Aside from it snowing all the time in NY, driving on the roads my car (accord btw not the Z) would be COVERED in dirt and salt so I'd have to wash my car every 30 min.

Donuts are much easier to do in a Z than an accord.
