Default Shops in CT

Hey guys,

I'm normally just a lurker on the boards, but I just moved to my new place up north, and I can't do any work on my car here. Anyone know a good Z shop in the Wallingford, CT area.

I've only gotten work done at a shop once down in MD, and it turned into a bit of a nightmare.

Thanks.

Default Best Place For Custom Alignment In Ct

I recently installed coilovers and spc rear camber arms w/ toe bolt an now need an alignment. Unfortunately the shops I've brought my Z to so far are either charging way too much or wont touch the car, any suggestions on where to get this done? Thanks

I just went to Strongs Alignment in East Hartford, CT. I don't like anyone touching my car, or messing up anything. Shop looks like a hole in the wall, but they do the Porsche Club that always rents out Lime Rock Park. Does a good job.

danteZ I recently had a crank pulley installed and fluids changed (brake, tranny, diff) at in Excelerate Performance in Branford CT....MAYBE 30 mins from you. He is big on the Euro crowd (Audi and VW like whoa) but also does Japanese (mostly Honda/Acura).

I know this is kinda old now but wanted to update.

Everything went well and had a fantastic experience with the guys at RT Tuning. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local shop to go to. Also, the pricing was reasonably cheaper than I was expecting and they met all the alignment specs that I wanted.

Next question. Does anyone know of a paint shop in the local area? Looking to get a V2 front bumper painted PPW however, I can't find anywhere that I trust enough to properly color match it. Lemme know if anyone has any ideas. Thank you!

Default work done at JTune

Hey everyone - I just wanted to share my great experience working with JTune in DE. I had a plenum spacer and GReddy exhaust installed and they did a fantastic job. They obviously take pride in their work and Hok is a perfectionist. They know their stuff too as we talked in length about the direction of my NA build project. Also, anyone interested in an Osiris tune should give them a buzz since they are close to becoming an Osiris Pro Tuner but need a couple more customers to commit.
