Hey guys Im most likely driving down from Toronto to look at a Z just outside of Altoona, its a 6 hr drive that would suck if I didnt like the car Im looking at.

anyways just thought Id ask if anyone knows this Z or seen it around, might give some input on the condition of it.

Looks like a nice car, I've been to Altoona a few times.

 

I agree it does look like a nice car, and the owner sounds like a descent guy when I talked with him over the phone, Carfax also checks out, mind you not a lot of records.

Just posting to see if there's anyone on here close to that location that might possibly check out the car for me

 

I wish I could help you out, but Altoona takes me about 3.5 hours to get to, if it was closer, I wouldn't mind lending a hand, I'm sure someone on here is close to Altoona!

 

NO thats fine I dont expect anyone to spend more than 10-15 minutes out of their time, 3.5 hrs is out of the question, the car is located in Duncansville which is minutes away from Altoona acording to mapquest

well hopefully someone will appear before this weekend, thats when I hope to drive out

Small world - I went to downingtown HS, went to PSU (main) and own a Z.

ALoyd id love to get a ride in your Z...im thinking of going FI but i have never gotten to ride in a boosted z before.

 

Graduated in 2000 (i'm old!) the year before they split the high schools, then graduated PSU in '04. I'm living in Phoenixville now so not too far from where I started. Def. come out to some meets in the summer when you're in town.

Here is the car im interested in buying, owners name is Tom from the 16635 area, if its not too far and a burden it would be much appreciated just checking the car out for anything out of the ordinary

yeah man not a problem, my freind has a real nice SLR and if i get out to it ill be able to get some real nice detailed pics of the car..just let me know if the guys up for me looking at the car...if aything i can stop by take a few pics and look for any nicks on the car for you real quick...but just let me know....only day i could do it maybe is thursday...just let me know
