i might be down for epping but i work pretty late, i'll let you guys know.

 

ya im still heading up on Weds, i think Vehicle registration starts at 5 and ends around 6:30 and then its as many runs as you want till 10pm. Ill update everone when i know for sure.

not sure what everyone is up too considering their work schedules, but did anyone want to meet for a cruise up or just meet in the parking lot of Epping? Their lot is pretty big and we could def have enough room for ourselves.

As for everyone that is considering this, its $20 and you get as many runs as you can (prob 8-10) and its a great excuse to do some great racing on a weds night

 

Ya if we got like 5 cars going a meet and cruise would be nice... 20 bucks per racer, 15 per spectator, 50914 bucks for gas.

 

i dun get out of work till 6 so i may have to just bomb up and hope i can make it before 6:30 i doubt they'll let me leave early i want to go soooooooooo bad too

 

Skip lunch :P... when i first got my car my boss told me i had to leave early to go the track and he met me up there lol... hope we get a few rides going up, so far weather is looking good, and hopefully we can all get some real good runs in.

 

Great to see everyone working together to make this happen! I hope it works out. I wish I was around to join everyone, but we will definately do this again. Omega and I are in the stages of mapping out the summer run. Tentative dates are in mid August for the run.

 

When is the next meet/cruise?

 

Organizational leaders are myslef and Omega46, but we will be away this week, so some of the guys who regularly attend are planing on heading to epping this week, so watch out on this thread for info.

- Pat, if this happens, can you fill sharples on the details if he/she wants to attend?

We will resume the weekly meets July 2-3, depending on how quickly we can get back insync when Omega and I return. Check out the thread "Team350GZ Update" if you are interested on joining the team.

right now its looking like my bos is on vaca wed and my team lead said hed let me cut out early if he can so i should be able to get up there tho i may have to just meet youguys up there instead of meeting before hand cnt wait its my first time hopping i can pull a 13 but i doubt it ill prolly be pulling 18's lol

 

Wednesday is still on for Epping, and it looks like we have a few cars that are willing to make the journey up to Nh. Again, registration is from 5-6pm and racing starts at 6 and goes to 10.

Here are some fun facts about drag racing at Epping:

On Wednesday Street Night events street tires are required (DOT Approved racing tires are acceptable).
No bald tires allowed
Open exhaust is not allowed
Co-driver’s are allowed in all vehicles running 14.00 seconds or slower
Seat belts are required
Overflow can for radiator required
Battery hold down bracket required
.500 Full Tree using manual start
Vehicles must be street legal and able to pass state safety inspection
Nitrous oxide is permitted and must be installed according to the provisions outlined in the current IHRA Rule Book
Valid state driver’s license required. Learner’s permits are not acceptable
Helmets (Snell 95 or newer) are required for all vehicles running 13.99 or quicker
Drivers and co-drivers are required to wear long pants, a shirt, socks, and shoes

 

does anyone want to meet up to cruise up to Epping or we could each head up individually and meet in the parking lot? thier is usually some down time in between runs, and from experience you get about 2 runs per hour.

so hopefully we get a good showing of Z's and have some good time racing!

 

I would like cruising up we could head out from the usual spot at jordans take off from there at 4:00? I am probably gonna be heading up with another car following and it definately won't keep up with how we drove at our last cruise ... But Everyone who wants to meet up Just post here and give suggestions if you think the time or spot isn't good...
