Thankfully, I think these people have been shamed out of existence... I see the occasional riced up Honda driven by Puerto Rican dudes in Hartford, but not to the extent that I used to see them 10 years ago. Mostly just stick-on chrome stuff and obnoxious exhausts, but I don't even really hear those buzzy, droney ones from the peak of the rice era...
