Should be a good time. I might be flying out for this. Its been a while since Ive been to an east coast event and would be a good time to visit friends
You need a cage to run tandem. All you need is a helmet to run solo. However, since this is an advanced drivers only event, you have to be in our Group A or B drivers list or have someone vouch for your skills. Log into the forum at www.clubloose.com for all the driver group info.
You won't be able to run in Group A unless someone we know vouches for your skills, you have a Formula D, D1 or Nopi license, or you're an advanced driver from another organization like Just Drift, US Drift, etc. If you want to run at this event and you aren't on the Group A or B list, I suggest you go to the July 30th event in the parking lot and tell one of the ClubLoose guys you want to be evaluated for Group A or B. We do this because the Road Course can potentially be dangerous if your skill level is not up to our Group A and B drivers. There are walls, elevation changes, and not that much run off area.
