hey guys, I just wanted to say it was nice meeting some of you at the show and I can't wait for another meet/show for us all to get together again!

 

Lisa, did you stop by our (Evo-R) booth?

Maybe someone will form a 350Z club for the members in NY and NJ then we can all meet every month or so......this will be nice.

BTW, those 2 (Micky's and Sean's) 350Z at our booth at IX will be at Import Circuit car show tomorrow (Saturday 10-25-03), Asbury Park Convention Hall in New Jersey from 2PM-10PM ( http://www.importcircuit.com/info.html ). However, Evo-R won't have a booth there just 2 show cars. Hope to see some of you again there

 

Yes I did stop by the booth, and I spoke to a couple people there. Phil with the Black Z introduced me to some of the guys. I don't remember exactly who I met though. hehehe

 

Hey Andy, I finally got the new MAF in so my car is workin again.. Julian, Phil and I will meet up with Sean on the way and head there together. See you tomorrow!

hey mike..did i meet phil?...anyway..i gave my address to julian..see you there tomorrow...andy and micky will be at my house at 9 they said..i have to spray paint the front again cause i scratched it a lot....im still waiting to see if i want to keep if before i get it proffesionally painted....i cant wait to get a ride in your car...you will take me wont you ??

and guess what (again !!) my street in NJ that i live on is the best place to race on...im not saying you guys should...but its the safest place to do it if there is such thing as safe

his is an AT thats why i wanna see a race...he said he can race his just as well as an MT...but keep in mind he does have all that extra wiehgt with his sound system and all...but he is a skinny kid...but then again..ur not fat at all either...see you tomorrow

 

Hey Sean.. i think you've met Phil before.. i'm not sure.. but he did come to the show at the Javits. I just talked to micky and he said he couldn't make it that sucks.. Sure I'll take you for a ride, but now that the new maf is in, it has to be retuned and dynoed because I set it back to factory settings. It's running rich again, but from the first dyno, the factory settings got about 330 whp. So, it's a bit of a difference.

Havabooz, What up!

Sorry about this dumbass question but maybe you guys can help me out. I have the Injen intake on my roadster and I was reading a thread that said I should install my MAF upside down so I don't get oil in my tube. The question is what is the MAF? and is it the piece that is chrome with the stem hanging off it with the black tube?

Again I apologize for the dumb question but I have been staring at my engine bay for a freakin hour!

I'm leaving my house at 7:30 AM, since I need to get to Sean's (havabooz) place by 9AM and put on the CF radiator cover and touch up on his front lip. Then I don't know what time they'll meet up with the rest of the gang.

What time will you be there? Is your Z going?

BTW, the roll-in is from 7am-12pm, and show starts at 2pm. Sean's place is only less than 10 mins away from the convention center.
