i have concluded that the roads of VA suck. i have a nice rock chip in my windshield and ding in my front bumper. Why couldnt the state pave the highways instead of having concrete slabs separated by speed bumps?????

Most rock chips/dings are caused by crap falling of off trucks, so you really can't blame the roads.

As someone who moved to VA from Texas five years ago, which had pretty decent roads, I've always thought VA roads were pretty good, especially considering that the roads here are subject to winters, where as most Texas road aren't.

Sorry to hear about your chips, but it can happen anywhere. That's what insurance and paint/clear bras are for.
