so when the weather gets better,i hear people saying to go to the track if you want to open it up bit without killing someone.but besides running the quarter mile are there any places to go and run some kinda track,staight aways and turns..???

 

Limerock in CT and there are some good tracks in NJ.

Mass, NH, VT and ME are out of luck. Got to travel, unless its drag, then Epping.NH is the place.

nice,ct isnt really that far.have any of you gone and actuallyput your z to the test?how was it?whats the deal,do you get to run how many times?how many cars at once were running when you went?

 

i dont know if i just looked at what your talking about,from what i can see its like 1500 bucks.i just want run my car for a while.little to expensive for what i have in mind..does sound like an awesome time thogh..maybe ill do a search and find some good driving roads up north somewhere and make weekend out of it ..

 

fort devens hosts some scca racing events and i belive that theres a school that teaches racing and time trial type racing scca style there too im trying to remember the name of the school ill post it up when i remember

 

when you go to the website you look at the schedule and you will see april 4th at limerock and it's $270 bucks. You run for about 20-25 mins every session and last time we had 5 sessions. This time they're going with a smaller group so hopefully it's even more.

I am going on the April 4th ( its a half day ) Either I will bring the Mini Cooper S ( if the wife and daughter come) or the Z if I go myself.

 

Sounds good man, i'll be there with my LS Z with a few other people. See you there

 

I should be running the White group With the Z .
Or if my wife wants to drive the mini then the Green group.
