Default Visit to Boston

Hey guys,

I'm going to be visiting my girlfriend in Boston between July 1 and July 6.

Usually when I'm there I rent a car for pretty cheap ($25/day) but this time around, I guess because of the timing, the rental rates are quite ridiculous ($85/day).

I was wondering if any of you had any car rental hookups or a car to loan (for a fee of course).

Thanks,
Arjun

Did you try renting anywhere outside of Boston? Like, are those the rates from the places at the airport?

There's a few smaller local places near me that rent much cheaper than the big names.

If you need a ride from the airport to pick up a car somewhere, I'm about 30 minutes West and may be able to help you out.

yeah those rates were from the airport. i usually rent from the airport 'cos i leave on mondays and most other rental places are closed on sundays and a lot of them don't have drop off boxes.

anyways thanks a lot man! really appreciate the offer but i managed to contact one of my friends who's out of town during the period i'm there and she's lending me her car
