Thanks G, I really appreciate you helping me out of the bind, but I actually had the whole thing covered (no pun intended)! I was just going to tell the G35 guys it was the "V2" (2nd version) edition that ATI just put out. I had already downloaded the sound files Bonz had posted and was going to crank those on the stereo while the engine was running.



By the way Spyder is still a possible show. He just had his Procharger (V1...) installed a couple of days ago.

 

Thanks for posting those pictures! I was curious how big the FMU actually was and was wondering if it could go in that exact location. BTW what was your mileage prior to installing the procharger? Thanks.

Absolutely amazing, what a small world, our zees were being superedcharged the same weekend. The only reason his was late coming out was because he had to wait for a replacement blower. Tell Spyder there were noticible leaks at the joints of his dual Borla cutbacks, which prompted me to check mine; low and behold I had the same issues..

Driving up to Avalon Racing in NH I managed 20 mi/gal; without the procharger. The readings were taken from my return trip, supercharged.

The milage may improve slightly, once the charger and engine are both fully run-in, as I only have 5000 plus miles at the moment.

BTW, Andrew dropped by, gave him a ride on the SC Zee.

Do those of you that are staying want to try to get a nice drive in on Sunday? Maybe up the coast? I know myself and a couple other G35 guys are staying until Monday.

 

Greg, I'm thinking of bowing out of my son's games this Saturday and driving up with you. At what time do you plan to head up? It will be a day thing for me as I will come home at the end of the day.

 

Victor, I am trying to work out a time with Roger and the Mass crew. I'd like to meet them around 9:30am so that would mean we would have to leave my house around 8:00am. If you want we can meet at the commuter lot off of exit 62 so you don't have to drive all the way to my house. Let me know and I can PM you with more details. By the way after I cleaned out my sent mail I never got your note.

 

Roger, Can I get the v2 kit? It looks like they were able to cut down the cost on manufactoring so I may be able to afford this one

What do you think about meeting Victor and me on 495? Can you see if the other guys want to meet up with us too? I'd like to head into Ogunquit with a group of cars. More impressive that way.

Gerald, are you still going to NH for that event? My wife and I took a ride up to Vermont today and at a rest area some guy and his wife stopped and asked if we were heading up to the N.H. meet. They were from Penn. and had just left some people driving up from Texas that were going. Sounds like that is going to be one heck of an event.

That was the initial plan, leaving Stamford Thursday in the PM; however, that would be contingent upon what happens Monday.

Would have loved to spend the entire week at the convention, if not for the pressing issues that cropped up the last few weeks.

If I don't make it up on Thursday, I might decide on meeting Vic and onward-ho to you.

OK, I'm definitely going. Preliminary weather forecast looks great.

Look forward to seeing everybody. This will most likely be the last meet of the year for us so I hope we get some last minute attendees.

Hi Vics, I was at the Conn meet and I'd like to get a copy of that DVD if possible...

 

Notlownf, We were going up to Woodstock but pulled off at exit 5 since we were running late. I didn't think it was that long of a ride to Woodstock so we turned around. At least it was nice enough to get out for a ride. How close was I?

 

Looks like my wife and I will be going up just for Saturday too. She has been calling around and you can still get a room but they want you to book for two days because of Columbus day. I have to work Monday and I don't want to go up Friday night. If I can get a last minute stay for one night then maybe I'll stay but looks more like a one day event for me too.

 

Anyone hear from spydrz? Will he be able to make it? Also, I think z2thdr said he was going. Has anyone heard more from him?
