One of the first things I do when I get there will be to check a couple of places to see if they have anything for one night. I know most said they will only take a two night booking but the leaves aren't turning yet so the "leaf peepers" may not show.

If nothing turns up then I will head home with the others Saturday night. I'll let everyone know how it turns out on Saturday.

 

Someone over on the Fresh Alloy board posted an aerial view of the rest stop and after looking at it for a second, came up with a great idea....

I'm thinking about driving up really early Saturday morning and putting up a detour sign at the entrance to the rest stop. By 10 AM the parking area should be empty. As we will all know it's a ruse, we can just drive around the detour sign. Once everyone is there, I thought we could start the First Annual 24 Minutes at New Hampshire Rest Stop, obviously based on the 24 hours at LeMans, but shorter.

 

Well since we're planning 24 Minutes @ NH rest stop, count me in!

i think my girlfriend would kill me if i bailed. also, i already paid for the plane ticket to go! boooo! i already told her that if there is a bar in the hotel...i'll park my A$$ on one of the stools to watch the sox game! haha.

 

OK, from CT it looks like me, Greg, and Jeff will be driving up together. Gerald called me this afternoon and he was already in MA so he'll meet us up there.

Borla is breaking in nicely. I've only got about 700 miles since install though so I haven't taken it back yet.
