Launch Launch Launch, that's what drag is all about. It was my first time ever at a track and I only got one run in. I'm sure I would've done much better second time around. The road at the lights (tree) is so freakin slick, like driving in the rain. I spun all 1st and half of 2nd, as you can see by my times. 1/8 mile I started to catch up (see the trap speed), and even though I had a horrible 1/4 time, trap was over 101 mph.

There was another member there with a Blue Performance that did a 1/4 14.1 I believe his 2nd or 3rd time around.

 

ps: at least I beat the other guy

 

Great Job! That is one of those TIBMTDBNGATD (Things I've Been Meaning To Do But Never Get Around To Doing) things. Maybe in the spring a bunch of MA/NH people can get together and hit the track some night. I know there are a couple of people that have been chomping at the bit to do it and I know there are already a couple of others that already do it.

BTW, I think the Daytona Blue may have been Mike (Daytona Blue Z in Bo). Did you happen to notice if he had an Escort Timer in his windshield?
