Default NASA Members in the North East

Hey Guys,

Was doing a little reading up on the NASA website and wanted to get everyone's impressions on it. I am sure we have some members on this forum who could chime in. I am just trying to do some investigation.

I would personally like to see what it's all about and become a member for next season. I am hoping we could start some group events. I know it would be helpful if we found some members who could help the out of staters with track prep at a local shop (breaks, tires, ect).

Please feel free to chime in and let me know!

hey man i have been a member of nasa northeast for a few yrs now and have done several events with them. i know the director of nasa northeast, joe and his son brian who drives an itr in the honda challenge both great guys to deal with. their events are well laid out and organized. my shop, jdsmotoring, is nasa certified and we have been working on proper build race cars for some time now as well including my 350z and my brothers evo. i can help you out with whatever it is you need but you can also checkout www.pdadrivingschool.com and www.nasanortheast.com for more info.

I am going to see if I can't round up some interest. I know I should have 3-4 already. I will be in touch as the year progresses.

i'm actually planning on having a private track day in oct as the next jds meet at the etown road course (its not an elite course but is central to everyone around here) but i'm still waiting on approval on a few things so if you guys want to come down that'll be great. ill post up details once i have everything ready.

if this even is a success then next yr i plan on doing private events at NJMP (thunderbolt and lightning courses)

You guys participate in NASA events? Everyone here is from NJ? It sucks being from Mass. We don't have a good local track. Closet thing to me is Limerock.
