Just got back from the cruise today, and man it was vicious! Great turn out, lots mustangs (several supercharged...mmm supercharger), STI's, Ford F150 SVTs, only 3 Z's made it, but it's all good. *Mike, hope everything with the tire is straight now.
And saving best for last, there were two cars that just made the whole trip worth it even more. A beautiful supercharged red NSX, and a GORGEOUS black 911 turbo. No joke, when I pulled up to the lot, I almost crashed cause I was drooling so much. The drive out there was um, conservative at first...but man when we hit 211 (the sorta mountain roads, the last 30 mile stretch), me, Zyl8er, a silver wrx, the nsx and the 911 turbo just took off. I wont go into specific numbers, (I'll let ppl post those themselves
), but normally the trip is supposed to take an hour or more. We made it in about 30 min or so...you do the math. The NSX and Porsche got there even quicker. I'm at home right now, and dont have the software here, but I'll post pics little bit later tonight. Great turnout, great weather, great food.
