Any lenient inspection facilities??
I have a g35 that failed inspection because of it says my HKS my evap system isn't ready. Everything else comes up as unsupported because they are ran by the Fcon. The car has no check engine lights and would have passed except for the system that came up as not ready.
Anybody know an inspection facility that can help me out? You can PM me please.

you sure no codes or CEL lights are coming up? ask Jas to retune it for you. did the previous owner of your G have the same issues too?
also, most private inspection facilities are aware of the penalties of getting caught by the DMV. i'm sure it's like NY where if they use a different car to print a legit sticker, the vin # can be traced and they'll get fined. my friend who used to "hook people up" doesn't anymore because he doesn't want to risk losing his inspector license and face the 7k fine

Is the fcon a piggyback unit? If so why not just unplug it and run no boost with the stock ecu for the inspection, and then plug it back in when you are done. If its an ecu reflash you could again go back to stock just for inspection
Basically you are looking for anyway to go back to the stock ecu just to pass inspection.
Sorry I am not familiar with the fcon.
But like a few others have said, you arent going to find a shop to do that anymore - pretty sure shops were forced to purchase a $60K machine for emissions testing, so to lose their license, plus the revenue, plus the cost of the machine just isnt worth the risk.

Did you reset the ECU recently? Usually a not ready status will clear after several driving cycles and maybe 100 miles or so. Well, that's if the sensors are still active after the fcon install.

Was your battery cable undone or disconnected prior to inspection? If so, that's it. drive around 50 -60 miles and the system will register as ready and you will pass.
Im tuned with hfc's and exhuast. I had just taken my car out of storage and needed a sticker right away and didn't allow for the computer to register all systems..
