Default Scary or weird coincidence?

So......someone has been putting a dollar on my car when I park by my house (I park on the street, but the street is long enough where I can be 2 minutes from my house or 5-6 minutes, parking down the block)

I don't always park by my home as I live in the city and there's sometimes no space/street cleaning/park it at friends house for safe keeping (had a mirror stolen before). The first time I thought it was a weird quirky thing...The second time not so much, as I parked at a totally different section on the street and it was 2 weeks+ since I parked at home. It has to happen during the middle of the night as I am on a pretty busy street and soemtimes I go home early (like 10pm) and sometimes I go home late (this time I was in at around 1:30-2:00am). I don't think my friends would go to such lengths as to stay up through the night to stick a dollar on my car, no matter how close to me they live

Idk if I'm supposed to be worried, scared, or just leave it alone and see if it happens again. All I know is I gain a dollar, but the thought gets creepier by the minute.

Questions is: WHO IS MESSING WITH MY BRAIN AND WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS TO ME?!?!

Do you have Chase? Because Chase bank will always find you and hand you money... better yet leave it on your car.

Isn't it obvious? It's supposed to attract a gang of homeless men to your car, who in turn will have a "soup kitchen" within your car.

If someone is paying that much attention to your car I would try and stakeout your car and see who is doing it. You should be concerned that some unknown person is getting near your car.

hahaha....lulz had!

I would be upset too... a dollar is not enough for me to not freak out about people being near my Zed. Make it $5+ and I'm set

thanks for all the fun(ny) advice....but in seriousness (although funny solution) will be to pose a stakeout.

anyone know what kind of portable mini cam that will record for 8 hours straight? I'll just point it straight to the driver's window and record.

but in the mean time, to actually test it, tonight i will park my car in another spot on the street to see if another mystery dollar shows up. My theory is if he is just randomly messing around then, maybe the dollar will pop up maybe not. but if he memorized the plate number and stuff then maybe he won't do it two nights in a row.

updates will come....only time will tell.

This is clearly an excellent money generating scheme by whoever is leaving you dollars.

When you confront this person, they'll claim you owe them all their dollars back. I'm assuming you haven't been leaving them receipts, have you? When it comes time to discuss the amount owed, the perpetrator will have a log book totaling thousands of dollars and you'll have no choice but to pay it.

Maybe your car is moon lighting and thats what shes getting per ride lol. Wouldnt it be creepy that someone is leaving the dollar on your car so it takes you longer to get in vs. just jumping in the car and going. Maybe while you are grabbing the dollar, someone is watching you so they know who to follow home...
