Default Car got broken into ಠ_ಠ

Hey everyone,

well it seems that at 4AM during the middle of hurricane Irene someone took advantage of the lack of people on the street and broke into my car. smashed the passenger side quarter panel and tried robbing me. The messed up part is the reason the broke into the car is to steal a dell box i had in the passenger seat what they didnt realize is that it was an EMPTY KEYBOARD box to make everything worse i just moved up here to New Jersey 2 months ago and my car was shipped to me last weekend. i guess this is the way they welcome the new guy

Sucks that happened, but you definitely have to be careful to not leave anything loose in eyesight that might attract someone else to try and steal.

Union City = just don't park on the street. That area is really bad right now for car thiefs and it's worth looking into getting a nice alarm or a parking garage.

lol i guess so, yeah i think my next purchase is an alarm i saw some that have sms feature so you'll know when your alarm goes off no matter where you are.

the reason i moved up is that my girl decided to go to law school in the northeast and i got a job offer in NJ making double what i use to make and im originally from here so there was no reason not to.....well almost no reason not to.

Atleast they didnt have a "soup kitchen" in there.... Maybe they're waiting for better weather.

Sad part is even if the dell box contained more than a lousy keyboard it still would probably be valued less than the damage to the car to get at it in the first place. Fcukn thieves.

So that main reason was that your girl being the man wanted to go north? Come on man! I thought you were the bigger man? I would never leave Miami in a million years. Most people would live to be in your shoes when you were in miami.

LOL exactly, i dont know why some many people in the north east have such a hard on for miami and yet everyone from miami always wants to leave i guess its just that the grass is always greener on the other side

My cousin lives in Miami and he likes it but I have been there a few times and it's definitely not a place for me.
