Ok so good news and bad news. Checked the accuweather report and it's not showing any rain for the 11th. Bad news is I went over to Glenn island today and the *******s are actually there charging already. So unless the guy on here can hook us up well have to figure something else out. Right before you go over the bridge there is a smaller lot that could work. But on a sat it will prob get full pretty quick. I'd say lets all meet up in the smaller lot and if there's not enough room well all go somewhere else in the area. Sound good with everybody?

I'm not sure what the exact address is. It's literally the same location as Glenn island but it's a lot on the left right before the bridge leading into Glenn island you can't miss it

 

It's not the best lot but we can always go somewhere else I just figured its good to keep it close to the original spot so everybody can find us

 

How much are they charging?

 

I think like $5 or $6 but the problem is you still need a westchester park pass to get in once they start charging and not everybody coming has one

Well just all meet at the lot right before the bridge and if anything we can figure out another spot from there. Unless we somehow get lucky and nobody's checking that sat

 

I don't really mind paying $10...However, if there's another meeting point that's free.

Maybe change to a nice coffee house. Get a respectable Cars&Coffee program going in NY.Start inviting all cars.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE**

Just our luck it appears Glenn islands main lot started charging early this year (and would require a park pass) Assuming they are charging on the 11th we will all be meeting up in a smaller lot right before Glenn islands main lot and figure out somewhere else to head from there if there is not enough room.

Directions are the same, but coming up the long street to Glenn island there will be a parking lot on your left tight before the small bridge. We will be using this lot instead f the main one. You can't miss it!

 

Well my Auto-X might be cancelled if the Isles make it to game 6, but then again if that is the case I have to stay home and watch the game and come after. GO ISLES!!!!

Yea seeing more rain now as well. At this point lets just hope for the best worst case scenario if it does rain that day and the rain date well pick a new date for the week after or something.

Fridays supposed to be really nice and there's a better chance the main lot won't be charging. What do you guys think about doing it then?

 

Not possible. People work till 5-6 usually...then to commute all the way there would be rough.
