Nice. Gonna really suck if we have to postpone this. We could always do a rain or shine meet up. The bestbuy in mt Vernon has a big parking lot and everybody parks on top. The whole middle sections is always empty if not close to it. In which case we wouldn't have to worry about any rain. Just a thought.

 

Isles win! So game 6 will happen and my SOLO event is cancelled. If its still on I will come after the game

Lol alright. I love home every day coming up is going to be nice except sat smh hopefully we get some type of crazy licks and it ends up not raining. Sundays supposed to be ok now but not sure how many people would wanna come out on Mother's Day :/

 

Pray for the best plan for the worse lets make a new rain date maybe sometime next week? next sat/ Sunday cause mothers day is important to assuming all of us and probably wouldn't get a good turn out of tying to compete with mothers love LOL

 

Yea well make the rain date next sat. Ill change it now. Ill send out pms later today to all who were coming. And will post up whether we will be having the meet or if it is canceled by around 11-12 tomo morning.

Hi, as all of you know the meet is scheduled for tomo. The weather forecast is not looking to good right now and nobody would enjoy a meet in the rain so depending on if we get lucky or not with the weather the meet may be held on a re-scheduled date.

The New Rain Date will be Saturday May 18th (Due to mothers day being on the 12th)

Also in case you did not already know Just our luck it appears Glenn islands main lot started charging early this year (and would require a park pass) Assuming they are charging on the day we go we will all be meeting up in a smaller lot right before Glenn islands main lot and figure out somewhere else to head from there if there is not enough room.

Directions are the same, but coming up the long street to Glenn island there will be a parking lot on your left tight before the small bridge. We will be using this lot instead f the main one. You can't miss it!

I will add another update on here tomo at around 11-12 on the status of the meet & if it will be canceled and moved to the rain date or not. But im sure you guys will be able to look out the window and decide if it will be going on or not. So please check back in the morning before making the drive! Thanks!

Yea it seems like everytime i try and plan something out something gets screwed up lol but who knows maybe the weather wont be too bad. We could even have a smaller meet tomo for those who want to make the trip even if the weather isnt perfect and then use that time to discuss a full meet on the 18th

 

Well I can only come by on a definate. I work nights and live about 1.5 hrs away. It isn't raining here,what's it look like there?

 

Not raining but looks like it will rain very soon. The sky is dark.

 

Its so dark out yet it could just be clooudy "s I dont know if it will start to rain *** soon as we get there and that would be a bummer lol I gues we will find out a little later on the weater but the main question now is to was my car or not to wash my car?!?!

 

I was thinking the same exact thing lol it's not raining but it's prob best to wait until next week as it looks like it will start anytime. The only thing I can say is we can let those who want to go today go and use the time to help talk about next weeks meet or something. Let me know what you guys wanna do

 

It's really up to you guys. I'm so close by it doesn't matter much to me. But rain or not I'm sure there won't be much of a turn out on a cloud day like this
