Hey guys, My name is Phil,24, and I'm a new user to the site, but I've been lurking for about a year or so. I never made an account because it was frowned upon using the Navy's comp out to sea to look at car websites.

Well I'm out of the Navy now and moved back to Orange County, NY. I've owned my Z for about 2 years and I've spent some track time in at VIR,Summit Point and at the Blackwater track. It's pretty much stock nothing fancy : JWT Clutch/Flywheel, Berk TPs, 4.08 final drive, 06 rev up air box/k&n filter. I purchased the HKS knock off exhaust and the magnaflow X pipe, but it's just sitting in my room because I haven't started my new job at IBM, robotics engineer in the Semiconductor field.

Hope to meet some of you guys in the future. Does anyone attend any of the Englishtown events? The last time I was there it was just the drag strip and the BMX jumps, but that was way back in 06.

Welcome to the site, congrats on the civilian job, and good luck with the Z on the track. It's so much fun, but those damn parts get expensive after a while.

 

Thanks for the link and the warm welcome. Yea I'm not looking to get super serious into modifications. Lighten it,but keeping the creature comforts,make it safe with a moderate cage and make it handle better
