Default March 30th Test & Tune SOLO Event Nassau Coliseum

Anybody going?

Last year I was the only Z there so hoping to get a few more out.

Only $50 to register if you're a SCCA member ($65 without)

I run with NYBMWCCA organization. They have a smaller turn out which means more runs at the end of the day. For the 2012 season we got an average of 12 runs every event.

Their events are also a lot cheaper. You got to buy the membership for the year which is $75 one time fee, but then the events are only $35. They do not have any events till mid April though, which is not that bad since my car is not yet done...

I am a long time member. I used to compete in my 135 before, but that got too expensive and growing family meant picking up something else. I still got an older BMW for DD duties with the Z being the Weekend warrior.

Whichever organization you will run with most of these guys are car guys and don't really car for which brand you run with. You can look over the past results and you will notice that only about half the registrants are in the BMWs. rest of the attendees drive various makes and models.

They posted the schedule already and I'll be there in April so come by and say hello and try a different venue.
