We may have a problem with rooms at the Comfort Inn. Apparently, they are booked solid on Friday night with the exception of larger suites. This may affect our group rate.

I am calling a Holiday Inn tomorrow, which is actually a mile or two closer to the park.

I'll keep everyone posted!

In order to obtain the group rate of $109, reservations must be made by 3/23/04.

They are holding a block of ten rooms for Friday night and ten rooms for Saturday night.

Make sure you tell them you are with the ECZA.

This hotel is a bit closer to the park. It has a larger parking lot than the Comfort Inn (good for the cars) and a lounge. So, we'll still have our detailing party and happy hour on Friday night!

can you post approximate distances from the hotel to the different meets?

 

The park where the ECZA meet is being held on Saturday is just a few miles away from the hotel. I'm not sure how far Atco is from the hotel.

Yes, it sure will be! We had over 60 Z's at our meet in October, and we're expecting far more than that in April!

Those of us in the Friday & Saturday caravan plan to stay over and depart for ATCO in the early AM Sunday. Check CARAVAN INFO; also, do alert us of updates, of the respective caravans you wish to join.

Hey Gerald, I'm not sure yet of what caravan I will join. I plan on going to the ECZA meet directly Sat. morning then staying over for ATCO on Sunday.

 

By the way...the ECZA group rate at the hotel is $79 per night, not $109 as I originally posted.
