**IMPORTANT - MEET LOCATION CHANGE!! **

The location for the Cape Cod meet will now be located on Sandwich Road in Bourne (Rt. 6A)

We've been given exclusive access to a small park (see photos below) which we'll have all to ourselves! *Since we received special permission to use this location, donuts/smoke shows are NOT permitted. We want to leave the area clean and undamaged.

The following directions are from Yahoo! maps

COMING FROM 495:
Take 495 South
495 South becomes Rt.25 East
Continue on US-6 East
Turn right on the Bourne rotary
Bear right onto Sandwich Road

COMING FROM RT.3:
Take Rt. 3 south
Continue on US-6 East
Continue towards Sagamore (Rt.6a)/National Cemetery/Sandwich
Continue on Mid Cape connector
Turn Left onto Sandwich Road

I highly doubt I'll be able to make it down with my Z (most likely being sold) but I may be able to get a friend to let me bring down his '86 "Official Pace Car" Vette instead.

I'm sure you guys could use a pace car to keep the speeds manageable for the cruise.

We might be able to work it so that we can meet up with other caravans when we get down towards the Cape area.

RE: Caravans - Yes I'd like to meet anyone coming from the NORTH or CT and taking 495. I can't think of a spot at the moment to meet but perhaps the Holiday Inn or something like that. I'll suggest a location on 495 as we get closer.

Is the CT crew coming that way ?

Spydr has a great suggestion for those of us coming from Boston, so if anyone from the Boston area wants to jump on our bandwagon let me know...

We're going to take 128 to Rt. 24 and meet up with some folks around the 495 area @ at a rest stop w/Burger King.

Perhaps we can meet those coming down 495 at that rest stop? Then we can all drive down together?

Damnit, now that I look at the calendar I won't be able to make it on the 8th. I've got to assist with a photoshoot of the commencement or something at Berklee College in Boston all day Saturday the 8th.

Hopefully you'll be able to come and convince some of the others to join. We need a Lemans Sunset to complete the rainbow. I know there were a few at Atco (Vito, Julian, etc.). Maybe you can convince them or all to ride up. I would love to be part of that caravan.
