where r u again? i still have the vortech, im gonna be having vinny do a built shortblock in my car pretty soon and a 2nd tune on a hydra ems to spray a 75 shot or 100 shot or so on top of my charger for at the track and when its needed..someday ill prolly put some twins on it

 

I'm in Rochester. I've been in contact with Dave of Innovative but he tells me they dont do in house machining... I do know where Utica is. How's the car scene out there?

 

ah i figured they did...not sure of many places as i will be going to vinny ten which does in house....pf supercars in MD or PA?
the car scene here is not great and there are alot of punks..utica has a few decent cars that come out and syracuse and rome but nothing too great...I am the only Z though and to be boosted everyone wants to run me it seems

 

pf is in MD...theres a bunch of places in MD...took me 6 hours to drive to AAM last spring wasnt too bad...theres some places in jersey, and NH also and CT i know of if ur interested or dont already know

 

I've heard a mixed bag about AAM. especially in regard to their machining and assembly... I know there is a place in PA that is well known in the DSM and Subaru community. They also have had there hands in more than a few VQ's... I may head down to them.

 

well being as i went to AAM and while i was there took a good look around, i would feel comfortable having them build my motor...the machines they have is un-real and the work they can do as far as machining and assembly....but i will say my tune i had done there was weak sauce and waaaayyy rich...once i went to vinny ten in NYC and had my tune re-done i realized that i would just stay with vinny from now on as he did a much much better job and is closer and can do anything i need him to do...im sure the DSM place would be fine

I've got a silverstone 06 touring 6mt. Mines stored in my buddies garage right now. I just got it this past July and I'm not enjoying my first winter without it. I haven't done anything to it yet. I'm prob gonna do the exhaust and the intake maniforld / plenum spacer before I get it back on the road this spring.
I saw you mention innovative tuning out in Buffalo. Is that the place to go around here for a tune? A place opened up in Henrietta, STM Tuned, wasn't sure if anybody's heard anything about them.
