I'll be driving down from NYC to go to HIN on Saturday. Any Philly people want to meet up and take me around before the show? If not, any places that you recommend I visit/eat at? No touristy, historic stuff. Just fun/interesting places and good food (philly cheesesteak!). I'll probably be there around noon.

I'm also going to one of the HIN afterparties. Which club would you guys recommend? Trocadero & Polyester, Shampoo or the Armory?

Last question...Just got my anthracite Axis Hiro's. Should I put them on and drive down to Philly or should I drive them with my stock wheels? I don't like parking my car in neighborhoods that I'm not familiar with, especially when I go clubbing. Wouldn't want to get my new rims stolen.... Any info would be awesome.

Hey Onii....do you work in Pitts? My best friend is at CMU...he drives a black prelude and hangs around with a bunch of other cars (his friend has a tastely modded eclipse). Maybe you've seen them around.

I won't be back in town, for HIN
But far as a club i would recommend Shampoo, that is if you are going on sat. Friday night is alter. night, if you are into that scene.
You need to check out south street, and market. Old city has a lot good bars, and lounges. These places are always packed. In old city, there are plenty of parking garage, where you can park your car, which i recommend rather than parking on the street.
Check out philly2nite.com website, it will give you a list of clubs, type of music they play, and ratings of the club.

 

i live right smack in middle of pittsburgh. im goin to CMU in the fall for grad school. ive been lookin for Z people to hang out with for like, 3 months. i think only balding old folk drive Zs round here. sad sad...

Monroe is right by me so I doubt it was you. Sorry about your accident. I feel for you. Can you post a pic? As far as my car, I can't drive and I backed into the tire of our box truck at the shop and dented and scratched the rear quarter and bumper of my car. Not sure what I am going to do yet but it is about $1000 to fix so I am thinking maybe veilside widebody..
