Fun stuff today guys! It's really cool how many nice peole I've met as the result of being a Z owner. And I even won a T-shirt at the raffle! (no way it'll fit me, but it's cool to have it anyway)

So when is the Fall meet gonna be? Gotta get one last big gathering in before the car goes up for the winter!!!

 

I agree. I had a great time today. Loved seeing all the cars and talking with the guys. Its just awesome to be around a bunch of people who are into the same thing. Loved that widebody!

And there were some good looking girls there as well. I was suprised however at the low turnout of G's. Still, it was a good time. I'll try and post pics tomorrow. Who was the guy from MD with the Lemans with nismo wing and axis mods, i'd like to ask you a couple questions.

Hey Jeff,
Did we get a per model count / car total for this meet? It didn't seem like there were quite as many Z's at this meet as there were at the March meet, but I think we had a better display of the kinds of things you can do to/with the car.

I think Jason, Jordan, Mike and 'Daewoo' (The nice guy with the VS widebody, sorry man, didn't remember your name) were the big hits of the meet.

Is there a Fall meet in the works?

 

Kelly, we never got a count of all of the z's. But I'm a little exhausted from this event. Let me know when you guys want to do another one.

Seriously though, I think we should shoot for something like early/mid October when it's cooling off, but before it gets as uncomfortably cold as it was uncomfortably hot last weekend.

What do you think Jeff? Can we get something "on the presses" relatively soon so that people can pencil it in for sometime in October?

I don't know about everybody else, but I've been hard at work spending money on my car. I'd love to get a chance to show it off before I put 'er to bed for the winter.

Let me know if you want/need any extra hands in coordinating things. I'd be glad to help out if it would help to materialize a meet.

I'm up for a meet, maybe something small / local meet. These huge meets really take up a lot of time and effort. I got really tired from the last meet. But I'm open for ideas. Maybe another wing meet on the weekend?

Sept. 24th there's a car show at Vibe in Annandale. Starts at 8pm. They have a huge parking lot. I plan to head out there with a couple friends.

I'd like to propose Saturday, October 16th at about 2:00 PM to have a meet. Other than Halloween, not much going on in October. What do you guys think? Oh, and where?

I'm fine with the date. How about at Greenbriar shopping center in Chantilly. They have a new Wing Factory there. Somewhere with a lot of TV and we can eat wings and watch football. Nice and secure open parking lot facing Rt. 50.

 

I'm down for all three, Sept 24th,Oct 16th, and Oct 23rd. Kelly congrats on the new kit, it looks hot. Jordan your Overboost shoot made my nipples hard, the car looks awesome. Jeff, long time no see, I miss you.
