Sweet....Haven't been to the Wing Factory since the last time we were there. That sounds good to me.

Jason, your car is my inspiration, you know that.

I might just try to hit Vibe on the 24th as well....

Speaking of local communication....Check this site out...(Begin shameless self-promotion here)

The NoVA 350z Affiliate There's a link to the forum in the menu on the left side. You guys think a local forum is a good idea? I was actually thinking of getting this professionally hosted like the Chicago and SoCal Z clubs did.

Anyway...I'll post in the General Forum area. So everyone is cool with the 16th of October, right?

I have been pleading with Vic for giving us the MID A area our own section.

Kelley, I'm in for this meet and I'll contact my other customers with 350z for this meet. Can you start up a Official post?

Jeff

I created a seperate forum before, then everyone outraged at me, so I put it back to the original configuration.

I can't please everyone.

I think we should have our own mid-atlantic regional forums too, we have more than enough Z's in this area to constitute it.

Yeah i agree with jeff...
the VA/DC/MD area have alot of Z's and G's i have been very good about organizing meets and things together for the area...i think we should get our own section...because right now it looks like we are the leading section for group activitys. I would love to be an admin of this section if possible...i have been very active in the Z community. we need our own section.

Agreed.

I'm just chiming in for support of our own VA/MD/DC section on the regional forums, there are definitely more than enough Z owners and enthusiasts in the area for our own forum

I agree with you guys.. the NOVA/ DC/ MD area has more Z's per capita than most other places .. We need our own regional forum.

I agree that we should have our own section. We organize so many meets and have so many Z's and G's.

Being one who checks the forums multiple times through the day, I can say with relative certainty that next to the So-Cal guys, the VA/MD/DC region is the most active on the board.

The benefit to a mid-A forum would be that we would have a "home town" forum in which to announce events, meets, gatherings etc., which occur quite frequently in our region. The rest of the eastern seaboard doesn't really care because with rare exception they don't attend even the big Evolution meets, so we're really wasting their bandwidth in the "northeast" forum.

I think Jeff's idea of a mid-A forum is a great idea. It would help to bring our local community together by creating a closer-knit, more personalized forum.

[End Commercial]

What do you think, Vic; can we give the mid-A forum another shot?

I definitely think we need a Mid-Atlantic forum, as we're sandwiched between the SE and the NE, yet consist at such a high number of Z enthusiasts. Plus it'd be nice to interact more with some of the NC crowd... every Z guy from down there has been a stand-up person.
